Inexpensive venue for wedding reception in GTA?

Our wedding is in 3 months (short notice, I know!) and we need a venue for our reception! Is there anywhere in the GTA (Toronto Area/ Mississauga/ Burlington/ Oakville/ etc.) that's under $60/person?
