GTA IV Kate or Roman?

So i have been playing grand theft auto 4 and i came to this job where i had to make a decision... its about 75% thru the game... you either choose to work with sumone u swore to never work with and get lotz of money or choose to kill the guy (Dmitri) instead... but i also need to know what happens after each part so i can decide...
