Let’s say you launch two websites – website First and Second both of which targets the same keyword. Now, you publish around 50 articles at the same time on the website First gaining 500 backlinks on the very first day as viral campaign on social media sites prove helpful in the purpose. On the other hand, on the website Second, you publish just one article every day getting just 10 new backlinks every week. I’m pretty sure, that after a span of 6 months website Second will be doing much better than the website First and it will also have much higher ranking too, this is because of the consistency.
